I've had quite a journey, moving from the legal world to a more creative field. It all started back in preschool when I advised a friend in the sandbox to stop throwing sand or risk "legal action". That was just a glimpse into my future in law, where I developed a strong work ethic, a love for critical thinking, and a knack for creative problem-solving.
Working as a lawyer, I eventually discovered a passion for creativity that led me to the exciting world of advertising. This shift showed me how adaptable analytical skills, strategy and problem-solving skills are, and how valuable they are in any career path.
Now, I'm looking for a new and exciting opportunity to use my current skills and learn new ones.

ASK ABOUT MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Leadership - Most recently I served as a PTA co-president, where I was asked to revitalize the PTA, increase parents involvement and bring the school community back together. During this time and among others, I demonstrated my communication skills, innovative thinking, event planning, and collaboration skills. Under my leadership, PTA meetings attendance increased by 50%, volunteer participation grew, new programs were implemented with positive feedback all around, fundraising efforts improved, allowing us to support more school programs and activities. My efforts were recognized by both the school administration and the parent community, leading to a more vibrant and active PTA.
Brand Research Examples
Launch - Led a research initiative for a luxury car company launching a new sports model aimed at a younger, sophisticated, and affluent target market—an audience not traditionally targeted by the brand. Conducted qualitative research to assess brand perception, consumer desire, willingness to pay a premium, and potential pain points associated with the sports model. This was followed by quantitative research to gauge reactions to different advertising concepts.
Drop In Sales - Analyzed the underperformance of an international beer brand's packaging in the local market, identifying key factors such as local regulations, cultural differences, language barriers, and lack of cohesiveness in advertising strategies. Presented the findings to the international marketing team, successfully advocating for a localized campaign that increased brand awareness and recognition by 20%.
Brand Expansion - Developed a comprehensive presentation on industry trends, competitive analysis, and target market opportunities for a sports betting brand expanding into horse racing, made possible through a partnership with a UK-based company. This presentation formed the basis for both quantitative and qualitative research, aimed at assessing consumer education, readiness for the new product, and gathering insights to shape advertising concepts.
Innovation - facilitated a comprehensive innovation workshop. This workshop was specifically designed for the management, marketing, and operations teams across all sub-brands of a dairy company. The aim was to foster creativity and strategic thinking in addressing the evolving demands and challenges of the market. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in both individual and collaborative exercises to brainstorm and identify emerging consumer needs, potential opportunities, and operational hurdles. The collaborative environment encouraged diverse perspectives, ultimately leading to a range of innovative ideas. By the conclusion of the workshop, several standout concepts had emerged, which were recognized as the most promising for further development and implementation.

My favorite thing to do in my spare time is to connect and socialize with other individuals. That's one of the ways for me to feed my endless curiosity to basically any topic in the world, and how I gain some of the knowledge and insights that lead my close friends to call me AskDafna.
When I'm not socializing or reading a fiction novel, I’m creating.
I've always seen myself as a creative soul, and though some of my work stays tucked away in a special drawer, my ART is shared for the world to enjoy, while my FOOD is lovingly prepared for my family and friends to savor.
