FOOD CREATIONS

It's surprising to realize how I went through most of my life without knowing even the basics of cooking. It wasn’t until I was pregnant with my first child that I understood the importance of learning to make meals that would nourish both me and, eventually, my baby. Back then, I saw it as a necessity—simply a way to prepare food at home. But during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many of us had time to explore new interests, that necessity turned into a rewarding journey of mastering new techniques, experimenting with ingredients, and discovering the therapeutic nature of cooking. This shift deepened my relationship with food and brought a sense of fulfillment in creating something both nourishing and enjoyable for myself and my family. What was once a chore became a creative outlet, a form of self-expression, and a lasting passion born from an extraordinary period.
